THE MISSING

News just out about the new BBC Drama starring James Nesbitt.   I had a very small role in it in between filming Altar and Harriet’s Army.  James Nesbitt was really nice and he has a racehorse so I bet he will be watching the Grand National tomorrow.  My mum is  a putting a bet on for us.  This is the only  race I pick horses for.  My mum was brought up in Aintree,  near to the racecourse and she used to go every year. Here is a piece from the internet about The Missing:- BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/...

Wednesday

I am on a train going to Newcastle, at last.  First we tried to go from our local station but the train just never turned up. We met a man who was also trying to get to London and we got a lift to another station from him.  The London train was also delayed by 35 minutes but we are now on our way.  Hurray.  This is my last week on Harriet’s Army and I am looking forward to doing my most exciting scene, can’t tell you what it is as that would spoil the surprise! When I get back...

Today I started my first day filming a new exciting Drama called Harriet’s Army.   It is set in 1914 and is a really good story. Harriet’s Army is a new, gripping 3 part  family drama, set during the First World war, following the adventures of a group of brave and determined children as they hold the front line at home, revealing the astonishing real roles played by children as their fathers and brothers went to fight in the trenches. A BBC Production. Harriet’s Army will air on CBBC later this year. My hair was chopped off and I have a basin...

LAZY SUNDAY

I finished catching up with my school work and felt the need for some home baking.  I decided to make some scones and here they are.  They are tasting just lovely with some raspberry jam, even though I say so myself!

BELGIUM

I am back from by trip to Belgium.  I had time to have a quick look around. We stayed in a town called Huy and walked into the town and found a really lovely restaurant. We went with Olivia who played my sister and her mum Tina.  The next day, I met James Nesbitt and he was really nice.   I don’t know what the new drama will be called as they are changing the name.   It will be screened between October and December on the BBC.  I know, I know, my hair is very long.  I am still...
